Ms. Poonam Sharma is MBA (HR) from HP University. Before joining HCIL in 2010 as Director (HR), she was working with Carrier Air-conditioning Ltd. a UTC Group Company. She also worked in various capacities of HR and Imports with Hero Honda Motors Ltd. (now Hero Motor corp) for over a decade and a half. She has experience in various fields of HR such as talent development, organization development, performance management and organization design and structure.
